COMMENTS: tried a new route today through long pond. got lost on the exit and was winging it for a couple miles. Eventually found Gethsemante Cemetery and Millenium Park. 1st part was comfortable, 2nd half coming back through Centre St. was hot and tough. stopped to get some gatorade so I wouldn't get dehydrated. Tough over the last 3 miles or so, heat and probably the mileage bump.
