Notes

Implemented some of Brad Hudson's training strategies, specifically hill sprints. Ran 4 miles to Gatehouse Rd. Hill, then did 6 x 10 sec. hard sprints up the hill. Last one started to get tough and started to get winded. Easy jog back home.
