2m w/u, 8 x 3' @ HMP & 2' easy, ~1m c/d
Calf feeling pretty sore today after snow run. Loosened up during the w/u, so decided to go with the fartlek workout. Footing was decent in most places, but some slippery areas also. Hard to get a good rhythm on the fast segments because of snow. But overall, a really good run considering conditions. Had no idea I was going this fast.
