Back was hurting quite a bit today, probably (most definitely) from Union After Dark. It was either helping to carry the tables around (hope not, those things are not very heavy), or the vibrations from the 120dB subwoofers that I was sitting on. I will not be doing either any time soon, so it is hard to say which was the issue. Actually, it could also have been when I was serving food, I was leaning forward for a longish time... That could also be it. Overall, not a good night for injury maintenance. Pretty happy with how successful it was though.
