Notes

30 second intervals - full recovery (generally ~60). Pace for the first 4 was probably right around 6:00, but then faster was very difficult. Legs didn't have any pop at all and arms didn't have any strength. The arms are actually more worrying to me - I think the legs are an effect of rust, no clue what to do about arms.
