Rests pretty consistent at 60-64. Goal paces 66/62, 63/58, 57/54 (high end/ low end). Probably could have at least gotten negative split throughout, but Kelsie was doing an acceleration drill right next to me on number 8 that resulted in me going too fast. Minor back pain in early reps and after finishing, otherwise pretty good except for the reaffirmed fact that I have no top end power right now.
