Notes

Felt better, still some pain - especially during the workout. Nothing like yesterday though. I think I can't afford to lose sleep at all. I think that was the problem.

It doesn't help that I have been having sleeping problems in general. Even when I am getting enough sleep it is light sleep that doesn't do very much for me. The counter to that is this night (19-20) where I slept on my backpacking mattress on the floor. I will try to continue doing that and see if my sleep improves. this week. Unfortunately, it causes my back to a bit more - a catch 22 of sorts.
