Notes

10x30s. 3 easy, 5 med, 2 hard. long breaks after 3, 6, and 8 to do chiropractor stuff. 9 was with the wind and something like 32 for 200 pace (I was chasing Okan), then 10 was into the wind and slower, maybe 34 mid-low? Harder to tell from further out. Felt pretty wiped out after that effort, and my Achilles area felt strange.
