Tough course - Quad cramps mile 7. Wasn't above 85, but I forgot to Nuun. Couple of gels at the last two aids fixed me up.
2916 el gain, 2914 el loss. Quad pounder lung buster. I shaved 2 minutes off my BSBeers time from last year, and slid down from AG 4th to AG 6th. Bollocks!
Very sore hammies on Monday, still rough on Tuesday.
