Ran w/ Lee and Jeff... The goal was to run 10x1:00 w/ 1:00 recovery. We decided to run Blue Hill, which was good because it was tough on the lungs and I had no idea of actual pace. One thing for sure though was that both Lee and jeff put a hurting to me and I had nothing to respond. The lungs burned and ability to suffer has reached an all time low.
I need to stop making excusses and do all of teh following:
1) Lose 10-12lbs
2) Run 6 days a week (Min)
3) Keep punishing myself
4) Get some fire in my belly
5) Stretch
I will set a date for 5wks, which means 2lbs a week to start.
