Felt like Crud!
Planned to run 20M w/ 4M at PMP... Run was poor right from the get go. I labored through 6M and then gutted out the 4M PMP. It was not pretty... My breathing was heavy, my Knee was throbbing and I felt like I was racing. Pretty bad performance... I walked to complete 12M... Hope to try for 20M this coming weekend.
