Notes
I was really dreading this today ... not because of the workout, but because it was so hot and humid and I was really tired, too. I went to the Vikings training camp yesterday and sat in the hot sun for about 6 hours and man --- amazing how just sitting in the heat can wipe you out! And then Desi didnt sleep good last night --- so i was not at my most energetic today. But i managed to push through and get it done. The good news is my glute/hammy felt ok for the most part.
