Really surprised at how good I felt on this run today. The day off yesterday definitely helped, but I had planned on taking it really easy this afernoon. I was expecting my legs to feel pooped - Jess was tough on both me and Rob this morning! Among other things, we had to do box jumps, lunges to exhaustion while holding a 30 lb weight, and squats holding weights to exhaustion (that was this morning at 10 am for me). So I really wasnt expecting to have much pep in my legs. And I ran a pretty hilly route, too. Let's hope I dont feel it too much this weekend! About to take an Epsom salt bath now, and plan on running super easy tomorrow.
