2 miles running + wu/cd 3-5 mins

quads still sore! started running super slow ---- at first was only going to do 1 mile. but then i got going and ended up feeling really good. So good that i think i'm about ready to run outside again soon :)

Ran first mile slow, started feeling good on second mile so i ramped up the speed every quarter mile.
