Did 15 mins easy this morning, which I was hoping would work out a lot of the soreness from yesterday's run (not normally sore after a long run, but on the icy terrain --- it's kind of kicking my ass! Was really sore!). Anyways, I was still sore when I went to run this afternoon! Was only bad maybe the first 1/2 mile or so, gradually worked itself out.
