Kind of a mixed bag. I struggled with the 4 minute segments. These are just outside my ability right now. My paces look ok on paper, but I had to stop once during each of the 4 minute segments. Not sure if it's a mental or physical thing -- probably mental, but right now I am having issues wrapping my head around a 9:00 pace for 4 minutes. This would have been super easy before my injury, but i'm just not there yet. The 2 minute and 1 minute segments were great.
