adjusted the workout slightly to make it easier to track/measure (ie last intervals were supposed to be 1:00 on, 1:00 off...I just did one lap on, one lap off)
Little slow on the tempo ... was shooting for 8:50, it averages out to 8:56. Little fast on the intervals (goal was 8:05)
Felt pretty good .... wasnt overly tired or breathing hard.
