Legs feeling a bit pooped today. Could be from the long run yesterday, but i think it's more from running the hilly route around my house more last week. Which is ok and actually good -- I just am probably going to have to suffer through a week or two of pooped legs as they acclimate to running more hills. But ultimately it'll pay off! (plus i've also been having fun running the hills by my house more, a new neighborhood loop got added via some construction that added a connector trail -- and it's always fun to run in new areas! It's great CIM training -- very very rolling! I"m planning on doing a few of my long runs around this neighborhood at some point! (I stayed in the flatter areas today though)
