Notes
Felt kind of draggy the first mile or 2 -- I think partly just from not running yesterday, but also just after effects from my migraine and migraine meds. I woke up with another this morning, but not quite as bad, an it only took 1/2 of a pill to get rid of it (unlike yesterday, when i had to take 2 full pills, which totally knocks me out). So better today, but still dragging a bit. Felt better the further along I went. Fingers crossed I wont wake up with another migraine tomorrow, I've had enough!!
