A bit cooler this morning. Wanted to get out earlier when it was even cooler.
Hammy was a little stiff/sore initially, but it felt better after a mile or so. It hasnt bothered me since I was here a few weeks ago -- almost all of the roads are concrete around here, I think that aggravates it more. I remember Rob's knee freaking out from running on all the concrete in Houston.
Slowed down a little by accident on mile 4 .. my mind was kind of wandering. I actually was in the low 9's the first part of mile 2 by accident -- I noticed about 0.15 in and slowed it down a bit.
Overall a good run.
