pretty good workout, and not quite as hard as i was expecting. During the first 20 minutes, I wasnt feeling it at all but towards the latter half of that first segment, I started feeling a little better. Each 20 minute segment got a bit better, and I actually felt the best at the end of the last 20 minute segment.
(note: my map may look a little weird, I accidentallyk turned on my Garmin on the drive home for a second. I deleted the mileage from the above, but it still shows on my map)
