Notes

Workout: 3 miles easy, 4 miles moderate, 8 miles GRP, 1 mile cooldown

So...I'm either extremely dedicated or extemely stupid. Possibly both. Was going to cut this a little short since I was stuck on the treadmill, but once I got going -- especially in the latter GRP miles, I decided to keep going. I felt really good at the end too, which is nice.

All I can say is thank god for Netflix.
