Good solid workout. Worked hard to keep my 20 mins close to 9:00s. Although it doesnt look like it -- I did also work hard to keep my 1:00s at 8:00s .. I was actually much closer to 8:00 than RA shows (it's rounding up). My fastest one was actually 7:49 and the slowest was 8:04.
