Little fast ..... but my cadence felt good so I didnt slow it down. Didnt feel super easy or anything, but didnt feel terrible either. The first 10-15 minutes actually felt the worst, but then I got into a nice rhythm. I was working hard, but wasnt even close to feeling of breath or anything, and at the end of the hour, while I was glad to be done, i wasn't dying for it to be done either. Feeling pretty good!!
