Treadmill

This actually was not too terrible for being on the treadmill. 10+ on a treadmill is not so fun, but it goes by a lot faster when there's speed work in it. During those 5 miles, I get super hyperfocused on each individual mile that I didnt ever even think about my total mileage or how much I had left.

One negative -- my legs have been feeling a lot better the last 2-3 weeks. Before that, I had a lot of aches and pains in my right calf and occasionally my right lower hammy. Not enough to stop me, but still enough to worry that maybe something was brewing. So the last few weeks i have only been wearing the Levitates or my Glycerins, and all my aches and pains went away. Today I wore my Launches, and I got some minor aches in the my left hammy and slight ache in my right calf.

Not sure if it's truly just the Launches in general --- or if the pairs I've been wearing just has too many miles on them (i have 4 pairs of Launches total. 2 have well over 300 miles on them, 1 has 150 or so, and then my Lobsters only have like 25). Thinking maybe I'll wear the pair with 150 miles at the Half Marathon and see? I feel so much faster and lighter in them - I'd love to continue to wear them just for races and speed workouts, but not if they're going cause me issues.
