Temps were nice but the humidity levels were WAY up this morning. My sunglasses were totally fogged up the whole time. This wasnt too bad, considering. My first 2 miles were kind of a struggle, but I felt ok once i got into it. Left hammy felt a little twingy in the 5th mile but then eased up. Going to take it easier tomorrow.
