Notes
This run was kind of a mixed bag. I felt really crappy around miles 7-9, and really thought about shortening my run. But then I stopped feeling quite as bad, and then next thing I knew, we were at about 11 miles and I felt ok. Then ... for my last 3-4 miles, I actually felt pretty good. Good lesson to not bag a run early on ... things can change! And i'd much rather have my last few miles feel better!
