Each set:

1/2 lap at 5k pace

1 lap at 10k pace

3 laps at GRP

Was supposed to do 3 sets but I was dying after 2 so I called it quits.

Still getting over this nasty cold, was hacking my head off everytime I stopped. I think, though .. what actually made the workout harder was because I had to take my migraine RX this afternoon. I started getting a bad headache early afternoon, and I tried to just take OTC stuff ...my RX gets rid of the headache, but makes me super lethargic. So the fact that I even completed two sets and was reasonably close to my paces is pretty darn good, I think.

It was definitely a major mental workout for me. Midway through the first lap of the GRP section on the second set, I was so wiped, all I could think about was stopping. I was obsessed with it that whole half lap and was so close to quitting. But I pushed through it and told myself it was only 7 minutes or so then I could rest. I also just started counting steps to get my mind off of quitting. So ... tough workout, but good one, especially on the mental side .. really worked hard to push through the exhaustion.
