I have to admit -- on my first hill, I thought to myself "what did i ask for?" That hill is really steep! But during my cooldown I felt really good about how I did on all 4 hills. I know if I do these hills regularly, I am going to get really strong!

I goofed on my Garmin on the 3rd and 4th hill. I had set up my Garmin to hit "lap button press" at the top of each hill and then at the end of each recovery, but clearly i forgot. At least i know now exactly where to start the hill (there's a line where they've repaired the asphault), so i can just set the hill to be .24.

I believe i was about an 8:15 on the 3rd hill, and I was an 8:07 on the last hill.

Note: the elevation gage on my watch is off. It looks like i ran one weird hill on this which is not accurate!
