3 miles at 5k-ish GRP. FIrst one was slowish, semi-on purpose. I wanted to start slow and get faster, but i'd be lying if i didnt say i struggled in that first one too. just hard to get used to running at a faster pace for a longer period of time. 2nd one got easier (not easy, but it felt easier just cuz i was used to it a bit more, i guess). Was definitely more in the zone by the 3rd one. So ... overall, not too bad for first 5k training workout. Hopefully will be able to work my pace down a bit over the next few weeks.
