I programmed in the workout portion on my Garmin -- then forgot to start it. So .. I ran 5ish then stopped the workout. Then started a new one, using the programmed part on my watch. This is part 1 of 2.

Easy long run with Missie. Legs felt pretty good. Humidity was up there, but temp good and nice breeze.
