Workout: 2 x 5 x 600 meters (1 lap) at Interval Pace with 1/2 lap recovery in between laps and 1 recovery lap in between sets.
Average pace for Interval Pace was supposed to be 7:50; We weren't super consistent, but our average for all of them was 7:47.
Felt a bit sluggish at the beginning, but more due to PMS than anything. During the first lap, I was a little worried that I'd struggle to make it through the other 9 laps at Interval Pace, but we settled in and they felt ok. Not great .. but when does Interval pace ever feel great? But it felt doable. Great teamwork!
