First attempt at any speedwork after my hideous bout with my cold-that-turned-into-bronchitis-from-hell. Gave myself a little longer recovery in between for the sake of my poor lungs. Went pretty well!
I'm still hacking my lungs out after my runs, but at least it only lasts for 10-15 minutes now (versus prior week, when I tried to run, I'd hack my lungs out for hours afterward).
