So so run. My legs felt a little sluggish, which they often do the day after a massage. My hamstring felt a bit tight too. I also was beating myself up a bit on my paces ... I kept thinking that if I can do a 7:58 mile, then I shouldve been able to go considerably faster than I was going for just 30 seconds or a minute. But overall not a bad run.
