Notes
This run really kind of sucked. My blood sugar was all wonky the first few miles, and I ran back home and ate a spoon of peanut butter, then waited 5-10 mins for it to kick in. Felt better after that but my legs were still just not feeling it. Overall I'm doing well, but I dont have my strength or endurance back just yet. I think i need to take it a bit easier on the easy days.
