Miscellaneous miles today. Lisa was running the full marathon here in Cape Cod, so we drove around and cheered for her at various points. I ran back for a bit at each stop, caught up with her and then ran back to where the group was. I forgot to turn off my watch a few times, plus she was walking here and there, hence the slower paces.
