Great run! Felt really good this morning. Legs felt good, had good energy. I liked that route too ... was fun to work the downhill. I stopped for just a few breaths at the bottom of the hill, then went back up. And truthfully ... going up that hill did not feel very hard at all! I cant believe I did it that last time at an 8:08! It was easy to do the downhill portion that fast ...but I was very surprised when I uploaded that I did the last hill almost as fast as the last downhill. I knew it was faster than my previous 2 efforts, but I wasnt looking at my Garmin at all. I was a little out of breath at the top of the hill, but only mildly. Will definitely do that loop again!
