Workout:

2 X 5 hill repeats. #1,2,3,5 up Franklin Hill, #4 up the big side hill (shorter but steeper)

After second set, took a couple minutes recovery, then ran 1 mile hard.

My one mile "hard" wasn't all that fast, but after the hill workout, it's all my legs had left!

Overall, good workout.
