1 minute recoveries
Nice workout with Angela. Pace felt just about right; It wasn't too hard the first 2 miles, then got progressively more challenging -- yet sustainable. Such short recoveries was tough ... the last mile definitely took some focus and effort.
Angela remarked that she thought my legs could keep up/keep the pace, but it was a more challenging from a cardiovascular level in the last mile ... which is very true. I was breathing a little hard, but not sucking wind majorly or anything.
Legs felt good!
