Tough workout, but definitely beneficial -- I know there are obvious physical benefits, but it was great mental training as well. It was super hard, and I wasnt sure I had any gas left after the first round, but somehow dug deep and mustered some up.

Legs felt really good ... no pains really anywhere (other than tight hip ... but it was like that before). Only casualty is I kicked myself a lot, so my ankle was bleeding. Suspect it's more a function of the tight hip versus shoes.
