I told Rob during the run today that it felt like I had late marathon legs --- not mile 23-24 marathon legs -- but more about mile 18 marathon legs. I think between just recovery from Fargo combined with the fact that I did strength training on my legs this am AND a hard elliptical workout too .. my legs were pooped. I think I probably overdid it on the elliptical workout (I did 45 second intervals of high resistance and high incline). Will prob scale the intensity on that back a bit until my legs are more fully recovered from Fargo.
