workout was 3 x 3 miles at GRP-10 seconds. I didnt really hit that for most of the miles, but i was still in "slightly faster than GRP" range. Given I did my last 10 miles of my 20 miler on Sunday a bit on the fast side -- so my legs are still a bit tired -- I'll take my results and effort tonight. Overall felt pretty good, just a little tired in the legs but not overwhelmingly so. Felt better later in the workout.
