First 3 miler! Pace was pretty slow -- I was focusing on maintaining a consistent speed and finishing the 3 miles without stopping. Proud of myself for finishing! 3 miles really wasnt any harder than 2. My mindset is also starting to shift -- not really paying attention as much to how much i have left, etc --- before I used to literally count down til I could stop running. Now i just gotta speed it up!
