Warmed up and did the first set with Roshini, then did the second set and cooldown on my own. The first set felt almost easy, I was able to talk the whole time. But then the second set felt pretty sucky. I'd say it's because I was distracted talking to Roshini on the first set, but in general, I'm a very introverted runner -- I like to run with others and chat on easy stuff, but during races and hard workouts I usually do better when I'm on my own. So not sure why the 2nd set felt so much harder, but oh well.
