Notes

This felt pretty crappy! Was feeling fairly low in energy and kind of crabby when we started. I also ate a peanut butter sandwish around 4pm, and that darn sandwich was riding around with me the whole time, which did not feel good. Each interval, I felt closer and closer to throwing up.

Uploading though ... seeing how fast I was really going, makes me feel a bit better ..... running a 7:08 for the first set...I should have felt sick after that! On the downside, I didnt do a good job at getting faster/further for each set... probably a result of going too fast for the first one. I did pull it out in that last lap. I did my first lap in the first set at 1:40, 1:47 for the second set (first lap of second set) and then I was really lagging in my third set --- i only did a 1:50 for the first lap of the last set. But I poured it on for the second lap and pulled it out, so at least the third one was faster than the second.
