12 x :45 hard, 1:00 recovery

The beauty of a treadmill -- I have my "fast" pace programmed in at 7:30 -- so I just hit that button for each :45 interval. Had to cut the workout a little short - started too late and needed to leave. I keep doing this on Fridays .. I need to get my butt moving earlier!
