Felt really good tonight ... wish I felt this energetic all the time!

Goofed on my Garmin ... still not entirely sure what happened. I programmed the workout into it, and in rechecking it tonight after the run, it still looks right. Somehow my 5 minute recovery got blended in with the first mile of my second set. I ended up stopping the workout on my watch and just restarting it, which is why it's broken up into 2 pieces. My pace info was goofed up on that first mile of the 2nd set, but I plugged in what Roshini had on her watch.
