Finally feeling better. Still coughing, but not as much. I coughed a bit during the run but it wasnt too bad. When i was done, I had a bad 10-15 minute coughing spell but then it calmed down pretty nicely, which i was super happy about.
Note: I stopped my watch at 0.25 to wait for traffic to clear and forgot to start it again for a while. I measured the stretch I missed on the way back --- it was 0.6 so i just added it in at the end to get my mileage right.
I obviously didnt do the workout today -- i was happy to get some decent miles in finally!
