Goofed up on my Garmin. This is Part 2, the workout and a little cooldown.

It was a pretty soggy run. A few periods of light rain, a lot of periods of very heavy rain. Lots of massive puddles, but I was so drenched -- I was at the point where you just run through the puddles because it's not like you're going to get any wetter than you already are.

Kind of disappointed in my paces, but I did the best I could. The problem I have with these shorter intervals is I know how fast I can hit them sometimes, so when I cant hit those same paces, I get crabby and impatient with myself. So that's kind of where my attitude was. That said, it was SO humid (at one point, it got really foggy and you couldnt see very far up the street!) --- kind of prime asthma weather. I did use my inhaler, but I still felt like I was breathing in a sauna. It was also so loud with the rain and thunder that a few times i didnt hear my watch beep!

Not sure how I feel about this workout ... it wasnt my favorite. But not sure if it's because of the conditions I did it in? Maybe in better conditions, I'd like it better. The 30 second portions were ok, and the 100m's were ok --- but 1:00 intervals felt endless for some reason.
