Beautiful morning and a nice ride! Finally not so killer hot, but it was pretty windy. Nice ride with Ann for first 2/3's or so, then we picked up Steph in Edina. Felt pretty good...not quite where I want to be cardio wise and I definitely felt the lack of biking recently in my legs....
